I suffer each year with Seasonal Affective Disorder, which is not so special if you live in the Pacific Northwest (someone told me that last winter we only had 18 days of sun). It is always bad for me, but somehow it feels worse this year, going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark just sucks my will to live. Sometimes it’s hard to get out of bed or out of the house. I have been using my light box faithfully each morning, but still feel a smothering oppressive sadness.
This morning I was thinking it might work better if I ate the light box and then turned it on…just a thought.
